Structure
Each participant is paired with an accountability partner (with the support of the lead coach), who will serve as trusted confident to challenge, engage and evoke a sense of accomplishment in you. Ultimately, build a network of positive enablers and a community of goal-crushers.

Zoom meetings, emails and phone check-ins. Accountability hub via WhatsApp group.
Frequency
Bi-monthly (Saturday) meet-up from 6pm to 9pm for formal presentation, progress report as well as address limitations and obstacles on individual and group assignments.
