A graduate in Psychology and a Special Executive Management Programme (SEMP) MBA from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, United Kingdom (UK), I am a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi®️) from the Society of Human Resources Management, United States of America (USA) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM), Nigeria, bringing almost 2 decades of professional experience in Human Resources, Product and Business Development in the Financial Services, Consulting and Investment Management industries.
I am a certified Integrative Coach and Behavioral Change Therapist; an alumnus of Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy (OLCA) with certificate in Life Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Life Design and Mastery, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Matrix Re-imprinting.
I am the Founder and CEO of The Work-Life Organisation Global Ltd, a Human Capital and Organizational Transformation Consultancy, where I have worked with leading organizations such as Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), United Bank for Africa (UBA), Africa Fintech Foundry by Access Bank, Alpha by Union Bank Plc, Oriental Energy Resources Limited, Mabon Limited, Windek Energy, Regxta, ESPartners and Mastercard Foundation, The Covenant Nation, Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA), HerVest, L’Avyanna, WIMBIZ and others, to transform workplace culture, leadership excellence and business growth. I launched a quarterly book reading and networking event titled The Sip and Read Experience in 2021. This initiative connects like-minded individuals committed to living a life of harmony while building an empowering community of book readers. The event has had three successful outings—two in Lagos and one in Abuja—with over 40 attendees at each session. Plans are underway to expand this initiative to other cities in Nigeria and globally, further extending the book’s influence and fostering a global community dedicated to harmony and productivity. In April 2019, I launched Work-Life Conversations, a seasonal offline meetup conceived as a critical mental, emotional, and social community for working professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives to address the growing challenges faced by professionals seeking work-life balance and holistic well-being.
My contributions to People, Culture and Leadership have earned me accolades, such as Excellence in Employee Engagement and Experience Award at the HR Excellence Award (2024), Thought Leadership Award, Transformational Leadership and Meritorious Service Award by Association of Elite Human Resource Professionals (2021 – 2023).
